What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
How do I know what size cake to get?
Consider the occasion and how manu people you'd like to serve. To get an idea of our cake sizes, check out our size guide at www.keyscakery.com/sizeguide
Can I get a full refund?
All sales are final. The only exception is if we are unable to fulfill the order at the requested date and time. We will notify you ASAP via email and issue a 100% refund.
How do I serve and store my cake?
Since our cakes are made with real butter they serve the best at room temperature. Cakes can be wrapped and stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Can I place my order on social media?
No. Orders are only accepted on our website.
Can I pick up my order?
Pickups are available at our Cake Studio in Snellville. To schedule, select your prefered date and time at checkout. Note that selected pick up days and times are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Key's Cakery first.
